Ride Alongside is a 5-day long distance cycling event through Regional Western Australia to raise the awareness of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression and other mental health conditions experienced by Emergency Services & Defence personnel sustained in the line of duty.

Ride Alongside also wishes to highlight the benefits of starting conversations about our mental health with those around us, the essential need for resources and support services for partners and families of those serving on the frontline and promocycling and good physical health as a pathway to good mental health.

The goal of Ride Alongside is to bring people together, foster a culture of mental health awareness within Emergency Services & Defence personnel and the wider community, demonstrate the benefits of good mental health and being involved with your community.
